DISTRIBUTION
From lower altitudes in the Little Karoo
& southern Tanqua Karoo.
CHARACTERS
Typically with deltoid leaves, but can be
more oval in the NW, usually nicely red
spotted.
CULTIVATION
Straight forward.
COMMENTS
Highly variable in leaf shape. The
deltoid shape only emerges with mature
specimens - seedlings can look like A.
maculatus.
This can be the most attractive
species in section 4.
