ADROMISCHUS
SUBVIRIDIS Tölken
Section: 5 Longipedunculati |
DISTRIBUTION
Bokkeveldberge, usually at high altitude
on shales and mudstones.

The gorgeous A. subviridis, S
Loeriesfontein, photographed by Jean-Andre Audissou.
|
CHARACTERS
Another beautiful, but larger
species with white farinose
leaves, always with red spots.
CULTIVATION
Hungry plants! Leaves dry up
excessively if not given
year-round watering.
COMMENTS
Flowers are very similar to A.
marianiae - it is probably a
south-easterly relative. A nice
narrow leafed form has been
collected from the eastern
Knersvlakte.

photos of A. subviridis,

Adromischus" by Bryan Makin. |
